Returns PolicyReturns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of your order. We will accept returns for any reason within 30 days as long as the product is in it's orginal condition. Product cannot be laundered, soiled, or worn. The original tags must still be on the garment. Please return to: The Uniform Shop #109 - 1980 Cooper Road Kelowna, BC V1Y 8K5 Be sure to include your oringal receipt or a photocopy of it with your return. Also, remember to put your name and address on the package so we can credit you properly.
MANUFACTURER'S DEFECTS We will credit you with your return shipping on all manufacturer's defects. Please email us at customerservice@theuniformshop.ca or call us immediately 1-888-860-1211 upon receipt of your goods and you noticing something wrong. We will make sure we ship you another item at no charge and credit you with returning the defected goods. Please return using Canada Post Expresspost so that you have a record of your shipment. We will not pay for expensive courier services. |
